摘　　要：高等化工专业技术人才的化工安全素质培养不仅关系到将后化工任务的完成质量,而且还具有言传身教的示范作用。高等化工教育若忽视这方面的培养,往往会对国家和人民造成巨大损失。因此,在高等学校化学工程实验教学中化工安全素质的培养非常重要。我们从现代化工发展趋势和对化学化工专业人员的要求出发,结合具体的实验教学,对学生进行这方面的教育,并提出了如何防范安全事件发生的一些基本原则,实践证明:这样的做法对学生的安全素质提高效果明显。The chemical safety and quality of chemical professional personnel not only relates to the quality of the completion of the later chemical task, but also has a precept of exemplary role. If higher education ignore this aspect, it often can cause enormous losses to the state and the people. So, it is very important for high school to develop chemical safety quality in chemical engineering experiment teaching. We from the modern chemical industry development trend and the requirement of chemical professionals set out, combined with the concrete experiment teaching, undertaking to educate the students in this aspect, and put forward a few basic principles of how to prevent safety incidents, practice has proved that this effect is obvious to improve the quality of the safety of the students.
