摘  要:选择工厂化养殖模式下,生长期和规格均相似的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)、褐牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)和半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis),检测并比较了血液生化指标的差异。结果表明,半滑舌鳎的谷丙转氨酶和谷氨酰氨基转肽酶含量均高于大菱鲆和褐牙鲆,且含量差异极显著(P<0.01),肌酸激酶含量也显著高于大菱鲆和褐牙鲆(P<0.05),而大菱鲆和褐牙鲆之间差异不显著(P>0.05);褐牙鲆的碱性磷酸酶、球蛋白和胆固醇含量显著高于另外两种鱼(P<0.05),而大菱鲆的肌酐、尿酸、葡萄糖和尿素氮含量则处于3种鱼的最高水平。本研究为深入了解中国主要养殖鲆鲽类血液特征,开展养殖鲆鲽类健康状况和营养水平评估提供参考。The turbots( Scophthalmus maximus),olive flounders( Paralichthys olivaceus) and tongue soles( Cyno- glossus semilaevis) cultured under artificial intensive aquaculture system were selected based on grow- out phase and size,and their serum biochemical parameters were compared in the present study. The results showed that the serum glutamic- pyruvic transaminase( GPT) and glutamyltranspeptidase( GT) of tongue sole were significantly higher( P 0. 01) than that of turbot and olive flounder,but no significant differences( P 0. 05) were found between turbot and olive flounder. In addition,tongue sole had a much higher( P 0. 05) creatine kinase( CK) level than the other two flatfish. Olive flounder had the highest alkaline phosphatase( ALP),globulin( Glb) and cholesterol( CHL), while turbot had the highest creatinine( Cr),urea acid( UA),glucose( GLU) and blood urea nitrogen( BUN) a- mong three flatfish species. The study could provide useful reference for regular assessment on health and nutrition condition of major cultured flatfish in China,which would avoid aquaculture loss,and it is also a foundational re- search for screening serum biomarker used for inter- species prediction of drug residues.
