摘　　要：本研究首先分析了印刷工程专业的学科架构,在此基础上总结得出印刷工程专业具有"交叉性"和"两面性"两个重要学科特点,并提出了印刷工程专业理论型和应用型两个人才培养层次,然后根据应用型人才的培养目标,对印刷工程专业应用型人才的培养模式进行了探讨:先从知识方面、能力方面和素质方面论述了印刷工程专业应用型人才的素质要求;又从理论教学体系、实践教学体系和素质拓展体系三方面探讨了应用型人才相应教学体系的建设;最后,论述了印刷工程专业教师队伍的建设。In the study,the discipline construction of the printing engineering major was analyzed firstly.On this basis,the two important discipline features of the printing engineering major were concluded：Cross Discipline and Dual Character. And the two training levels for the academic and practical talents were proposed.Then,according to the training target of the practical talents,the training model of practical talents for printing engineering major was discussed in considerable detail. Firstly the quality requirements for practical talents were discussed from three aspects;knowledge,ability and quality.Then the corresponding teaching system construction was discussed from three aspects：theoretical teaching system,practice teaching system and quality development system.Finally,the construction of professional teaching staff was discussed.
