环保型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的研制与性能研究

摘　　要：以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、植物油多元醇蓖麻油(CO)为主要原料,引入一缩二乙二醇(DEG),按不同配比合成了系列低黏度无溶剂型聚氨酯胶黏剂。通过衰减全反射红外光谱仪表征了聚氨酯的结构,用热重分析仪测定了胶黏剂固化膜的热稳定性;同时考察了PBA/DEG/CO摩尔比对聚氨酯主剂黏度、胶黏剂固化膜吸水性、黏结性能、固化时间的影响。结果表明:随着DEG用量的增加,聚氨酯主剂的黏度降低,黏结强度增大,胶黏剂固化膜的固化时间缩短,耐水性、热稳定性提高;当聚氨酯主剂中PBA/DEG/CO摩尔比为0.3/0.7/1.48时,聚氨酯胶黏剂综合性能最佳。In this study,a series of low-viscosity and solvent-free polyurethane adhesives were synthesized with different ratios of polyester（PBA）,castor oil（CO）,diethylene glycoland（DEG） and isophorone diisocyanate（IPDI）.The molecular structure of polyurethane was characterized by attenuated total reflection infrared spectrometer（FTIR-ATR）.The thermal stability of adhesive cured film was tested by Thermogravimetric analyzer（TGA）.The influences of different mole ratios of PBA/DEG/CO on viscosity,water resistance as well as adhesion intensity,and the curing time of polyurethane were researched. The experimental results indicated with the increase of the content of DEG,the polyurethane shows higher bond strength,better water resistance and enhanced thermal stability.The best mole ratio of PBA/DEG/CO is 0.3/0.7/1.48.
