基于熵权TOPSIS的重庆汽车产业集群国际竞争力研究

摘　　要：近年来,重庆汽车产业集群发展迅速,但相比之下,其国际竞争力还有待提高。通过构建汽车产业集群国际竞争力的评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS方法对重庆、长三角、珠三角、东北、京津、华中和德国斯图加特七个汽车产业集群的国际竞争力进行单层次和综合层次的评价。结果表明:重庆汽车产业集群存在技术创新能力、市场开拓能力、产业生产能力、产业集群能力、产业发展环境等方面的差距和问题,这正是提升其国际竞争力的努力方向。In current background of economic globalization, the automobile industry cluster development has become a trend. In recent years, Chongqing automobile industry cluster has been developing rapidly, but in comparison, its international competitiveness still needs to improve. Through building a set of international competitiveness evaluation system of automobile industry cluster, and then, uses entropy TOPSIS method to assess international competitiveness in single and comprehensive levels for these seven automobile industry clusters （Chongqing, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, northeast, Beijing and Tianjin, the central and Stuttgart automobile industry clusters）. The Results show that Chongqing automobile industry cluster technology innovation ability, the ability to open up the market, industry production capacity, capacity, industry clusters of industrial development environment gaps and problems then accordingly puts forward countermeasures to enhance its international competitiveness.
