摘　　要：文章以三所具有代表性的高等美术院校专业教师的问卷调查和访谈资料为依据,从其特殊性、差异性、个性化的角度,对高等美术院校专业教师的需要特征进行了实证分析、研究和总结。Based on the questionnaire and interview data from art teachers in three representative specialized art colleges, the author carries on the empirical analysis, research, and summary on the need of art teachers from the perspective of particularity, diversity, personality.
