米安舍林治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较米安舍林和阿米替林对老年抑郁症的疗效和副反应。　方法 :应用米安舍林和阿米替林进行对照治疗研究 ,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、不良反应症状量表 (TESS)评定疗效和副反应。　结果 :米安舍林和阿米替林对老年抑郁症疗效相近 ,但起效以米安舍林较快 ,且副作用少而轻微。　结论Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects between mianserin and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression in elder. Method:All patients were randomly assigned with mianserin or amitriptyline for 6 weeks.The therapeutic effects were assessed with Hamilton depressive scale (HAMD),and the adverse effects were evaluated with treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results:The findings indicated that the efficacy of mianserin was similar to that of amitriptyline,however mianserin took effect more quickly and its side effects were less than amitriptyline. Conclusion:It is suggested that mianserin could be as one of first line antidepressants in the treatment of depression in elder.
