摘　　要：应急管理人才队伍职业化建设有助于解决当前中国应急管理实践领域存在的专业化应急管理人才缺乏的突出问题,提升国家与社会的整体应急能力与水平。针对中国应急管理人才队伍职业化建设的落后现状,应确立从业者资格标准及认证机制、加快发展应急管理学位教育、完善人才队伍培训体系、重视从业者职业伦理建设和合理增设专门的应急管理机构与职位。The professionalized construction for emergency management practitioners can help to solve the problem of the lack of professional emergency management personnel, and enhance the overall emergency response ca-pability and level of our country and society.At first, this paper interprets the concept and necessity of profession-alized construction for emergency management practitioners ,then in view of the backward situation of professionalized construction for emergency management practitioners in our country , this paper gives five suggestions about the stand-ard and qualification mechanism for practitioners in this field , emergency management degree education , personnel training system, specialized ethics and moral principle , and the specialized vacancies for emergency management .
