摘 要:室内测定了樟脑和对二氯苯2种防蛀剂对花斑皮蠹的熏蒸效果.结果表明:处理剂量为200、100、50 g/m3时樟脑对花斑皮蠹幼虫的熏蒸死亡率分别为74%、44%和24%;处理剂量为40、20、10 g/m3时对二氯苯对花斑皮蠹幼虫的熏蒸死亡率分别为100%、90%和60%,熏蒸活性与剂量均呈正相关;樟脑和对二氯苯对花斑皮蠹幼虫的致死中量(LD50)分别为1.066 mg/m3和0.375 mg/m3,说明对二氯苯对花斑皮蠹幼虫的熏蒸毒力要优于樟脑.处理剂量为200、100、50 g/m3时樟脑对花斑皮蠹成虫的熏蒸死亡率分别为100%、80%和60%;处理剂量为40、20、10 g/m3时对二氯苯对花斑皮蠹成虫的熏蒸死亡率均为100%,说明对二氯苯对花斑皮蠹成虫的熏蒸活性较高.The fumigant toxicity of camphor and p-dichlorobenzene against Trogoderma variabile was studied under laboratory condition.The results showed that the mortality of larvae of T. variabile was 74%,44% and 24% respectively with 200 g/m^3,100 g/m^3 and 50 g/m^3 dosage of camphor after 24 h fiJmigation under room temperature. The mortality of larvae of T. variabile was 100%,90% and 60% respectively with 40 g/m^3,20 g/m^3 and 10 g/m^3 dosage of p-diehlorobenzene after 24 h fumigation under same conditions.The LD50 of camphor and p-dichlorobenzene was 1.066 mg/m^3 and 0.375 mg/m^3 respectively.The mortality of adult of T. variabile was 100%,80% and 60% respectively with 200 g/m^3,100 g/m^3 and 50 g/m^3 dosage of camphor after 24 h fumigation,the mortality all reached 100% with 40 g/m^3,20 g/m^3 and 10 g/m^3 dosage of p-dichlorobenzene.
