摘　　要：医疗资质是国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)评审的核心项目,也是多评委联合检查的重点。虽然我国在拟定法律法规、行业规范的医疗资质管理前期以及政策执行落实的资质管理中期都已做到了极致,但与JCI标准中医疗资质全院互知、即时可查询的要求仍有差距,存在授权后资质项目不清、管理较分散、资质授予后缺少即时查询等问题,成为限制医疗资质规范管理的短板。为弥补医疗资质后期管理的不足,突破医疗资质管理瓶颈,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院在梳理从业医疗资质、重建授权机制后,创建医疗资质管理系统,实现资质的实时查询,实现了医疗资质的"阳光化"。Medical qualification is the core project in International Joint Commission （Joint Commission International,JCI） review system, and also the main content of Joint Inspection. Although in formulating laws, regulations and industry standard in our country medical qualification management, and implement the qualification administration of medium-term policy implementation has been done, the distance in JCI standard medical qualifications and partial query requirements are still existed. Problems can be described as follows：certificate program is not clear after authorization, management is relatively dispersed and lack of real time query after certificate awarded, which becomes the short board of medical qualification management development. To make up for the inadequacy of medical qualification late management, breakthrough medical qualification management bottleneck, for the comb from medical qualification, the reconstruction after the authorization mechanism, create a medical qualification management system, qualification of real-time query, achieve the＂sunshine＂medical qualifications.
