摘  要:比较了育成的3种巨胚稻与其亲本糙米中GABA、氨基酸的含量。结果表明:育成巨胚稻糙米的GABA含量约为常规非巨胚稻的4倍,且高于其巨胚稻亲本的GABA含量;与常规非巨胚稻相比,巨胚稻糙米中绝大多数氨基酸的含量有不同程度的提高,其中赖氨酸、必需氨基酸总量和氨基酸总量的平均增幅分别达51.85%、26.24%和23.75%;育成巨胚稻与其巨胚稻亲本间的氨基酸含量没有显著差异。This study compared the contents of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and amino acids in the brown rice of 3 kinds of giant - embryo rice and their parent. The results were shown as follows : ( 1 ) The GABA content in the bred giant - embryo rice was about four times mare than that in conventional non - giant - embryo rice, and was also higher than that in its giant - embryo parent. ( 2 ) In comparison with the conventional non - giant - embryo rice, the contents of most amino acids in the brown rice of giant - em- bryo rice increased in varying degrees, and the average increasing rate of lysine, total essential amino acid and total amino acid con- tent was 51, 85%, 26.24% and 23.75% respectively. But significant difference in amino acid content between the bred giant - em- bryo rice and its giant - embryo parent was not detected.
