功利主义背景下考察高等院校文化的基本功能

摘　　要：以功利主义为导向的中国高等教育已遭遇诸多困顿,现代高等院校文化因其深度蕴含"教育引导与价值导向"、"精神聚合与信息互通"与"规制行为与协调院系"等正能量,能以内化方式凝聚院校主体之思想信念,能使院校主体认同感、自豪感与归属感得以强化、院校文化软实力得以增强,故此必须重新思考人文精神教育之利,强化院校文化之基本功能。Because utilitarianism education has caused a lot of difficulties, and colleges ＆ universities＇ culture can enhance their sub- jects＇ sense of pride,identity and belonging,to unify their subjects＇ thought and belief by ways of internalization, to form a strong soft power of colleges ＆ universities＇ culture. Because it deeply contains ＂spirit aggregation and information exchange＂, ＂regulating behav- iors and coordinating departments＂ and ＂education guide and value guidance＂ and other positive energy, institutions of higher education must go back to humanistic ideas, to strengthen the basic functions of colleges ＆ universities＇ culture.
