脑梗死患者血D-二聚体、超敏C反应蛋白及抗凝血酶Ⅲ的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测脑梗死患者血D-二聚体(D-D)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)的含量并探讨其临床意义。方法:选择86例脑梗死患者为脑梗死组,另选择同期健康体检者30名为对照组。在血常规检测的基础上检测并对比两组血D-D、hs-CRP和AT-Ⅲ(%)的测定结果,分析其与脑梗死程度的关系。结果:脑梗死组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死组血hs-CRP和D-D高于对照组,AT-Ⅲ(%)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AT-Ⅲ(%)轻度组高于中重度组,D-D低于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:D-D、hs-CRP和AT-Ⅲ(%)与脑梗死发生和发展密切相关,D-D和AT-Ⅲ(%)可能与脑梗死程度有关,能够在一定程度上预测脑梗死程度。Objective：To detect the concentration of serum D-dimer（D-D）,hypersensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and antithrombinⅢ（AT-Ⅲ）in patients with cerebral infarction and to investigate its clinical significance.Methods：A total of 86patients with cerebral infarction were selected as cerebral infarction group and 30healthy subjects at the same time were enrolled as control group.Based on blood routine examination,the level of serum D-D,hs-CRP and AT-Ⅲ（%）were detected and compared between the two groups to analyze their relationship with severity of cerebral infarction.Results：The content of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）and low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）of the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.The serum level of hsCRP and D-D were significantly higher than that of the control group while the level of AT-Ⅲ（%）were significantly lower than those of control group（all P0.05）.The level of AT-Ⅲ（%）in mild patients was significantly higher,while D-D level was lower than those in moderate patients（P0.05）.Conclusion：D-D,hs-CRP and AT-Ⅲ（%）are closely associated with the development and occurrence of cerebral infarction.D-D and AT-Ⅲ（%）may be related to the severity cerebral infarction and can be used for predicting the degree of cerebral infarction.
