摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜胃癌根治术对患者综合生存质量、免疫及应激状态的影响。方法:选取2011年12月～2013年3月于本院行开腹胃癌根治术治疗的38例患者为对照组,以同期38例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗的患者为观察组,比较两组患者手术前及手术后不同时间的综合生存质量、免疫及应激状态指标。结果:观察组手术后不同时间的综合生存质量评分高于对照组,免疫及应激状态指标也明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胃癌根治术对患者综合生存质量、免疫及应激状态的影响明显优于开腹手术,对患者治疗能产主更积极的全面影响。Objective：To observe the influence of laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer on comprehensive life quality,immune and stress state of patients.Methods：A total of 38patients with open radical resection of gastric cancer in our hospital from December 2011to March 2013were selected as the control group,and 38patients with laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer at the same time were selected as the observation group.Then the comprehensive life quality,immune and stress state indexes of two groups before and after the operation were compared.Results：The comprehensive life quality score of observation group at different time after the operation were all significantly higher than those of control group,the immune and stress state indexes were significantly better than those of control group too（all P 0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer on life quality,immune and stress state of patients is obviously better than that of open operation,and its influence on comprehensive state is more active.
