大学英语青年教师职业压力与动力的平衡问题——基于文化生态学的分析

摘　　要：青年教师是大学教学的主力军,随着高校教育改革的推进,职业压力日愈凸显。关注教师的职业问题,形成青年教师职业压力与动力平衡的机制,推动青年教师的健康成长是当前高校外语师资建设的重要工作。文章从文化生态学视角探讨形成和谐的文化生态环境、实现教师职业压力与动力的平衡、促进大学英语青年教师成长。Young teachers are the dominant force in college English education. With the progressing of higher education reform, the occupational pressure of young teachers is growing, and it is urgent to focus on the pressure of the young college English teachers, establish the balanced mechanism to balance their occupational pressure and the motivation and to promote the healthy development of these teachers. This paper, based on cultural ecology, probes into how to construct a harmonious cultural and ecological environment to realize the balance between their pressure and the motivation and finally promote their professional development.
