摘 要:为了解营养盐及Ca2+浓度对铜绿微囊藻和斜生栅藻生长及竞争关系的影响,以M11培养基为基础,设置了不同的营养盐水平和Ca2+浓度组,进行了2种藻的单独培养试验和混合培养试验。结果表明:在单独培养试验中,2种藻在试验Ca2+浓度范围内的生长规律均为:超富营养条件>富营养条件>贫营养条件,其中铜绿微囊藻的生物量总体表现为随Ca2+浓度的升高而减少,而斜生栅藻的生物量变化规律不明显;在混合培养试验中,贫营养水平条件下,在试验Ca2+浓度范围内斜生栅藻的竞争生长能力一直强于铜绿微囊藻,而在富营养和超富营养水平条件下,低Ca2+浓度组(≤20 mg/L)铜绿微囊藻的竞争生长能力强于斜生栅藻,高Ca2+浓度组(100 mg/L)其竞争生长能力不如斜生栅藻。In order to understand the effect of nutrient conditions and Ca2+ concentration on growth and competition of Microcystis aeruginosa and Scenedesmus obliquus, the monoculture and co-culture experiments of M. aeruginosa and S. obliquus were done based on Mll medium with different concentrations of nutrients and Ca2+. Results indicated that in monoculture system both the two algae species grew best under hyper-eutrophic condition, followed by eutrophic condition and then oligotrophic condition under varying concentrations of Ca2+, among which the biomass of M. aeruginosa decreased with the increase of Ca2+ concentration, while the biomass of S. obliquus did not change regularly. In the co-culture system, the competition ability being dominant species of S. obliquus was stronger than M. aeruginosa under ohgotrophic condition. Under eutrophic and hyper-eutrophic conditions, the competition ability being dominant species of M. aeruginosa was stronger when the concentration of Ca2+ was less than 20 mg/L, while the competition ability of S. obliquus was stronger when the concentration of Ca2+ was as high as 100 mg/L.
