摘 要:研究用β-环糊精包合阿维菌素。分别用水搅拌法、超声法和研磨法制得包合物,并采用DSC验证了包合物的生成。以高效液相色谱法测定了3种方法的包合率,对比后选择用水搅拌法包合.通过单因素实验,确定正交试验的因素水平.正交试验结果表明,最佳包合条件为主客分子投料质量比10∶1.0、包合温度35℃、包合时间8h.此条件下的包合率、收率分别为43.8%和80.4%.Avermectin was entrapped by β-cyclodextrin in this paper .Water mixing method , ultrasonic method and grinding method were used to prepare inclusion compound ,and by DSC the formation of inclusion compound was verified .Inclusion rate of the three methods was determined by high performance liquid chromatography ,and by contrast water mixing method was choosed for preparing inclusion compound .Through the single factor experi-ment ,factors and levels of orthogonal test were determined .The orthogonal experiment re-sults showed that the best conditions were temperature 35 ℃ ,the molecular mass feeding ratio 10∶1 .0 and inclusion time 8 h .Under these conditions ,the yield and the inclusion rate w ere 43 .8% and 80 .4% ,respectively .
