开放式教师教育背景下教师职业技能训练的思考与探索

摘　　要：在开放式教师教育背景下,对有志于从事基础教育的大学生,通过"3+1"教师职业技能训练模式,在"三导师协同"指导下,通过"流水线"的训练程序,进行教师职业认识能力、职业知识能力、职业执行能力和职业发展能力的训练,辅助以"多维"评价和"永续性"跟踪服务,有效提高教育教学能力。In the situation of open-type teacher education, those students who are determined to work for basic education can improve their education strategy and teaching skill through the ＂3＋1＂ training mode and training procedure of ＂assembly line＂ under the supervision of cooperation of three supervisors, in which the training of cognitive ability of teaching profession, knowledge capa- bility, executive capability and career development ability is assisted by ＂multi-dimensional＂ assess- ment and ＂ever-lasting＂ follow-up service.
