低温瓷粉在金瓷修复体崩瓷修复中的临床运用

摘　　要：目的:观察低温瓷粉在金瓷修复体崩瓷中的临床运用效果。方法:选择崩瓷病例99例,随机方法分为A、B两组,其中A组66例,B组33例;A组采用低温瓷粉修补,B组采用高温瓷粉修补,根据补瓷后效果进行对比。结果:使用低温瓷粉组的有效率为90.91%,使用高温瓷粉组的有效率为75.76%(p<0.05)。结论:低温瓷粉在金瓷修复体崩瓷修补中有较好效果。Objective： To investigate low fusing porcelain in the repair of metal porcelain cracking. Methods： Choose metal porcelain cracked crowns 99 cases, by adopting the method of random divided into A, B two groups, including 66 cases in group A and 33 cases in group B , Group A using low fusing porcelain and group B using high fusing porcelaing Results： The use of low fusing porcelain group effective rate was 90. 91% , and the use of high fusing porcelain group effective rate was 75.76% . （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： low fusing porcelain in the repair of metal porcelain cracking has a good effect.
