摘 要:以东北落叶松为试材,经不同温度(120、140、160、180℃)及处理时间(10、20、30、40 min),真空度为-0.1 MPa,高温高压脱脂干燥处理后,对其颜色和涂饰性能进行测试。旨在探讨高温高压脱脂处理对落叶松木材的颜色和涂饰性能的影响。试验测定了处理前后木材的色度指数及涂饰前后的漆膜性能。色度指数测定结果表明,高温高压脱脂处理后的木材各项色度指数变化较小,基本保持了木材原有颜色的特点。在涂饰性能方面,高温高压脱脂处理后的木材优于高温常压处理后的木材。Specimens from Northeast Larix wood were treated with high temperature and high pressure under the temperature of 120, 140, 160 and 180℃, and treated time of 10, 20, 30 and 40 min, and vacuum of -0.1 MPa to test the color and painting properties of treated wood. The color index before and after the woods treated and coating film properties before and after the specimens painted were respectively determined. The results show that all the color indexes of the wood treated with high temperature and high pressure had little change, the wood specimens remained largely the original colors of wood characteristics. In terms of painting properties, the performance of un-grease treated wood with high pressure and high temperature overmatched that of the wood specimens treated under high temperature and general pressure.
