青稞杂种组合产量与产量性状的遗传研究

摘　　要：通过 1/ 2 (6× 6 )不完全双列杂交 ,研究分析了青稞在F2 ～F3 代的杂种组合产量、产量性状的遗传参数和产量性状间及产量性状与亲本间的相关关系。研究结果表明 ,丰产育种时 ,亲本重点选配产量高、穗数多的品种 ,F2From a 1/2 incomplete diallel crossing design of “6×6”, the evaluation on yield of hybrid F 2, F 3 populations of naked barley is made. The variety of genetic parameters and the correlation coefficients between yield character and yield character's parents, as well as between yield characters are also studied. The research shows that parents with high yield and more effective spike are largely picked up and in F 2～F 3 generations the types with more effective spike are prior to be selected when high yield breeding is carried out.
