略论高校服务社区文化建设有效机制的构建

摘　　要：高校肩负文化传承与创新的神圣使命,服务社区文化建设必然也是高校直面的使命。高校服务社区文化建设,是时代发展的必然趋势、自身发展的战略选择、社区发展的现实需求。高校只有建立有效的联系机制、可行的服务机制、完善的保障机制、科学的考核机制,才能使自身服务社区文化建设不流于形式,取得理想的效果。Colleges and universities shoulder the sacred mission of cultural inheritance and innovation, and the service of community culture construction is also the mission of colleges and universities. Community service culture construction of colleges and universities is an inevitable trend of era development, choice of their own development strategy, real needs of the development of the community. Colleges and universities should establish an effective link mechanism, the feasible service mechanism, perfect safeguard mechanism and scientific evaluation mechanism to obtain the ideal effect in their own community service cultural construction rather than a mere displaying procedure.
