高职公共体育教学改革实践研究——以南宁职业技术学院户外攀岩俱乐部教学为例

摘　　要：随着新体育课程标准的实施,体育课堂教学必须改革创新。在现今的社会环境下,什么样的体育教学既能促进大学生身心健康的发展,又能锻炼学生的人际交往、组织管理、培养自信心等能力,更能体现出职业学院的职业体育特色?南宁职业技术学院公共体育教学改革——户外攀岩休闲俱乐部教学对开设目的与功能和意义进行了探讨,依据各地高校体育教学和户外运动开展的实际情况,精心地设计户外休闲运动课程体系,以此为高校户外教学提供理论和实证依据。With implementation of new physical education curriculum standards, PE class teaching calls for re- form and innovation. What models of PE teaching meet the standards in the present social environment？ PE teaching must help to make the students healthy both physically and psychologically, and develop their ability of interpersonal communication, organization and management and self-confidence. More importantly, PE class teaching must reflect the characteristics of professional sports on the part of vocational colleges. A discussion is made in Nanning College for Vocational Technology on teaching reform of outdoor rock climbing club in terms of objectives, function and significance of offering the course. In light of the practical situation of physical education and outdoor sports in other colleges and universities across China, we elaborately sports curriculum system in an effort to offer theoretical and empirical basis for leges and universities. design an outdoor recreational outdoor sports teaching in Col-leges and universities.
