摘　　要：近年食管癌骨髓微转移逐渐成为研究热点。许多研究显示上皮细胞分子、血管形成相关标志物、趋化因子受体-4（CXCR-4）、HER2基因、活化白细胞黏附分子（ALCAM）及斯钙素-1（STC-1）等分子标志物与食管癌骨髓微转移密切相关，这些分子标志物对食管癌临床诊断、预后判断及指导治疗有重要作用。In recent years, the bone marrow mierometastasis of esophageal cancer has become the researeh foeus. Many studies show that epithelial cell molecules, angiogenesis markers, chemokine receptor-4 （CXCR-4）, HER2, activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule （ALCAM） and stanniocalcin-1 （STC-1） are closely related to the bone marrow mierometastasis of esophageal cancer. These molecular markers play impor- tant roles in esophageal cancer diagnosis, prognosis and treatment.
