摘　　要：转型升级已是中小企业持续健康发展的关键。本文以浙江省块状经济中的中小企业为例,探讨转型升级的技术路线图,特别聚焦通过技术创新、品牌、产业链和产业集群来升级浙江诸暨的袜业产业,并以诸暨大唐袜业产业为例,详细论及袜业产业的集群升级模式。At present, the transformation and upgrading are the key issues for SMEs＇ sustainable development. The paper takes mas- sive SMEs of Zhejiang as an example to discuss the technical route of transformation and upgrading, especially focusing on the tech- nology, brand, industry chain and cluster upgrading of the hosiery industry of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. And based on a case of Datan~ Town of Zhuii City. details of the cluster mode of hosiery industry, are also covered.
