中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎10例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西药联合枳实导滞汤加减方保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎临床效果。方法:20例随机分为两组,治疗组10例采用急性胰腺炎常规治疗方案和枳实导滞汤加减方保留灌肠联合治疗,对照组10例仅采用急性胰腺炎常规治疗,观察两组治疗前后中医证候(腹痛、腹胀、肠鸣音、腹部压痛等)积分、实验室检查(血、尿淀粉酶等)结果、临床治愈时间的变化。结果:临床症状、体征改善,临床治愈时间缩短等治疗组均优于对照组。结论:西药联合枳实导滞汤加减方保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎有较好效果。Objective：observe the citrus aurantium dredge stasis decoction retention enema to treat the effects of acute pancreatitis.Methods： 20 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis, were randomly divided into two groups, one group of 10 cases, using of acute pancreatitis conventional treatment.rograms and the citrus aurantium dredge stasis decoction retention enema combined treatment; Another group of 10 cases only using conventional treatment.The two groups were observed the symptom score （ abdominal pain, bloating, bowel sounds, abdominal tenderness, etc. ） , laboratory tests （ blood, urine amylase ） , clinical cure time changes, on and after treatment.Results ： the citrus aurantium dredge stasis decoction group is better than the contrast group, in terms of improving the clinical symptoms, signs, and shorten the treatment time.Conclusion： The citrus aurantium dredge stasis Decoction retention enema play an active role in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, so it can be widely used clinically.
