摘 要:大多数橡胶隔振器由于承载方式单一,无法同时满足承载能力和隔振效果的要求。复合型承载橡胶隔振器充分发挥橡胶材料的优点,可同时承受多种载荷,兼顾各方面的性能要求。通过对复合型承载隔振器进行有限元仿真计算和静动态、超载、抗冲击及隔振效果等各项性能试验,得出该型隔振器的主要性能特点,计算和试验结果满足设计要求。结果表明复合型承载橡胶隔振器可满足较强承载要求,具有良好的隔振抗冲击效果,且在相反方向受力时,可以表现出相同的特性。Most of rubber isolators cannot satisfy the requirements of loading ability and vibration isolation performance simultaneously. However, composite rubber isolator, with the merit of rubber material, can sustain various loads and satisfy various performance requirements. Through FEA simulation and various performance experiments on static and dynamic characteristics, overloading, shock resistance property, isolation effects and so on, the main performance characteristics of the isolator were obtained. And the simulation and the experimental results met the design requirements. It was shown that the isolator can sustain large loads, has great effects of vibration isolating and shock resistance, and also it can exhibit the same property under the in-~erse loading.
