摘　　要：高职院校开展实施《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程，是“以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向”办学方针的重要体现．在教学实践中不断完善职业指导工作模式，提高职业指导课程的针对性和实效性，对高职学生的就业能力、提高就业工作质量具有重要意义．Opening the course Career Development and Employment Guidance in the vocational colleges is an important indication of education policy of ＂taking service as the aim, taking employment as the guidance. In the teaching practice, it is very important to improve the students＂ employability and the quality of the employment to constantly improve the working mode of employment guidance, and to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of employment guidance course
