摘　　要：管理创新的内涵既与管理有关也与创新有关,是管理与创新的有机融合。基于管理与创新的双重属性,管理创新具有高风险性、破坏性、系统性及动态性等多重特征。根据管理创新的一般规律和特点,比较重要且易于取得创新成效的管理创新领域主要有管理理念创新、管理组织创新、管理模式创新和管理方式方法创新等。Connotation of management innovation is concerned with both management and innovation,and is an integration of the two aspects.Due to its double nature,management innovation possesses multiple characteristics like high risks,destructiveness,Systematicness and dynamics.According to the general rules and characteristics of management innovation,fields that are comparatively important and easily obtained mainly include innovation of management concept,organization,mode and methods,etc.
