摘　　要：本文通过对湖南工程学院工程训练中心的现状进行分析,指出当前存在的主要问题,并从工程训练中心的实习教学体系和教学工作内容、目标责任考核三个方面,对现行目标责任状考核办法进行了分析与评价。In the paper, the current situation of engineering training center of Hunan Institute of Engineering were analyzed, and some current problems were proposed. Ways of target responsibility appraisal were analyzed and evaluated from three aspects in the engineering training center, practice teaching system, teaching content and target responsibility appraisal.
