摘  要:以四川小桐子种子为原料,采用压榨技术榨取小桐子油。利用化学方法和气相色谱仪测定了小桐子油的理化性质和脂肪酸组成。结果表明,小桐子种仁含油量达到50%以上,其脂肪酸组成中不饱和脂肪酸含量达到75%以上,饱和脂肪酸含量达到15%以上。利用小桐子油提取的脂肪酸甲酯符合美国、德国和欧盟生物燃油所规定的标准,可直接用作生物燃料。With the Seeds of jatropha in Sichuan as raw material,the squeezing technique was used to squeeze out crude jatropha oil.The physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of crude jatropha oil were determined using chemical method and chromatograph.The result showed that the oil content of jatropha seed is above 50%.The unsaturated fatty acid content in its fatty acid composition is above 75%,the saturated fatty acid content is above 15%,fatty acid methyl ester extracted using crude jatropha oil meets the standards stipulated for bio-fuels in USA,Germany and EU,and can be used as bio-fuel directly.
