摘　　要：在弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫研究中,《弗勒希:一条狗的传记》很少被提到,评论界对它一直评价不高,而作家本人的一句"这是对利顿的戏拟"更是让人们对这部作品不以为然。但是,这部以狗为传主的作品在轻松诙谐的笔调下,至少蕴含着三个方面的严肃探讨:传记的写法、女作家的文学地位、社会等级制。Flush ：A Biography is the least mentioned among the novels by Virginia Woolf. The critics do not speak highly of it. What＇s more, the claim ＂this is a parody for Lytton＂ by the writer herself makes the novel appear less serious and ignored by the readers. However, there are serious reflections on at least three aspects： the writing of biography, the literary status of the women writers, and the criticism toward the patriarchical society.
