摘　　要：为了解田径运动各项群运动员在非智力因素各具体条目中的表现及差异,以陕西省田径高水平运动员为研究对象,采用问卷调查、访谈以及数理统计等方法,对体能主导类速度性项群、体能主导类耐力性项群、体能主导类快速力量性项群高水平运动员非智力因素水平进行了相互比较,总结了我省田径各项群高水平运动员在非智力因素方面的现实状况,同时对我省高水平田径运动员的训练提出了建议,以为进一步完善教练员对运动员的训练体系,做到有针对性的训练和提高运动员专项竞技能力提供参考。AbstraetzTaking high-level track and field athletes in Shaanxi as objects, this paper is to investigate the performance and differences of high-level athletes in non-intellectual events. This paper uses questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics to compare high-level athletes＂ non-intellectual factors, such as physical power-oriented speeding, endurance and speed strength event groups. It figures out the condition of high-level athletes＂ non-intellectual factors of every event groups in Shaanxi province. Meanwhile, it draws some adviees to the training of high-level athletes. And, this paper fur- ther improves the system of athletes training, sets a reference for pertinence training and special items ability improve- ment.
