诊所式法学教育——定位于专业实践能力培养的法学教学新手段

摘　　要：在我国法学教育实践中,传统的法学教育在思维训练、教育理念、课程设置、培养目标等方面存在弊端,而源自美国的诊所式法学教育,由于其特有的教学方法和操作模式,为我国法学教育体制的改革,特别是法学专业学生的专业实践能力的培养起到了积极的作用,为我们提供了一条可供选择的方案,有利于提高法学实践教学质量,是对法学实践教育的完善和发展。in the practice of the law education in our country, the traditional legal education has many disad- vantages in thinking training, the education idea, curriculum setting, training objectives. American law clinic education, due to its unique teaching method and the operation mode, provides a useful inspiration for the re- form of legal education system of our country, especially in professional practice of law ability training ; pro- vides us with an alternative path, is conducive to improve the quality of practice teaching of law, is the perfec- tion and development of law practice education.
