现代流通业人才培养的问题及建议

摘　　要：当前,流通业人才结构不合理、培训市场相对混乱无序等诸多问题,严重制约了商贸流通业的发展。困此,提出建立和完善科学合理的流通人才培训体系、整合产学研资源培养各级各类流通应用型人才、创新流通业人才培养模式、关注流通业人才国际化等对策建议,旨在提升流通业应用型人才的培养水平。At present,the circulation industry personnel structure is irrational,the training market is relatively disordered and other prob-lems,restrict development of commercial circulation industry. Therefore,to establish and improve the training system,the circulation of scientific research personnel resources integration of training applied talent,innovation of circulation flow training mode,industry personnel concerned circulation internationalization of talents. These suggestions,aiming to cultivate and improve the level of logistics talents.
