摘　　要：研究山苍子(Litsea cubeba)油提纯柠檬醛的生产工艺改进技术,通过新旧工艺开展山苍子油提纯柠檬醛对比实验,检验新工艺的实用性和先进性。实验结果表明,在相同分馏设备和条件下,新工艺较旧工艺柠檬醛产品纯度和得率均有大幅提高。Improvement technology of production process of refining citral from Litsea cubeba oil was stud- ied. In order to prove the practicability and advancement of new technology, old technology was compared with new technology by contrast experiment of refining citral from Litsea cubeba oil. The results showed that in the same fractionation equipment and condition, product purity and yield of citral increased signif- icantly by new technology compared with old.
