摘 要:目的探讨CT与PET-CT定位在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法将我院34例NSCLC患者随机分成两组,分别利用CT、PET-CT定位勾画靶区后进行放射治疗,比较两组患者照射靶区各个观察指标及放疗疗效。结果两组GTV、肺V20、肺V30及心脏平均受量(MHD)共4个指标经秩转换的非参数检验后,其中GTV和MHD的P值分别为0.013、0.011,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),V20及V30的P值分别为0.836、0.301,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者有效率经χ2检验,χ2=7.566,P=0.006,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对NSCLC患者进行PET-CT定位放射治疗,提供了靶区的精准度,减少了心脏等重要器官的受照剂量,同时提高了NSCLC放疗的局控率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application value of the treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) using CT and PET-CT positioned precise radiotherapy. Methods 34 patients in our hospital with NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups, using CT and PET-CT respectively positioned to sketch target area before radiation therapy, and comparing each observation index in the target area and radiation effect in two groups of patients with radiation. Results Two groups of GTV,V20,V30 of lung and mean heart dose(MHD), four indexes after rank conversion of nonparametric test of GTV and MHD P values were 0. 013,0. 011, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ), V20 and V30 P values were 0. 836, 0. 301, and there were no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05). The effectiveness of two groups of patients by chi-square test, x2= 7. 566, P=0. 006,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion PET-CT localization of radiation therapy in patients with NSCLC may provide the precision of target area, reduce the dose of the important organs such as heart and improve the specific control rate of NSCLC radiation therapy,and have clinical application value.
