杭州市男大学生对同性恋的态度行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解当代男大学生对同性恋的态度、行为及影响因素,为更好地在大学生中开展性健康教育和进一步研究同性恋问题提供基础资料。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对杭州市下沙高教园区13所高校的3 992名男大学生进行等比例随机抽样调查。对男大学生同性恋态度和行为的影响因素,先采用Logistic单因素分析筛选出有统计学意义的因子,再运用多因素Logistic回归进行分析。结果性取向为同性、双性(包括多数是男性、男女两性和多数是女性)和说不清楚者分别占1.2%,12.5%,4.2%;58.4%男大学生对同性恋持理解态度。大二及以上男大学生较大一男生对同性恋持更能理解的态度;2.4%的被试表示发生过同性性行为,家庭关系一般的男大学生比家庭关系和睦者更易发生同性性行为(OR=2.2)。结论男大学生对同性恋持理解态度的比例较低,对同性恋的态度和行为受其年级、专业、成长环境以及性观念等多种因素的影响。高校应开展多元化的性健康教育。Objective To know the male college students＂ factors, in order to provide basic data for the better college students＂ attitudes towards homosexuality, behavior and its influencing sexual health education and further research about homosexuality. Methods A total of 3 992 male college students were investigated by level hierarchy in dormitory units, such as random sampling in the 13 universities and colleges from Hangzhou Xiasha Higher Education Zone. The influencing factors of the homosexual attitude and behavior of male college students, first using logistic analysis of single factor screening factor was statistically significant, and then use the multiple factors logistic regression analysis. Results The percent of sexual orientation as same-sex, and double sexual （ including most are male, and men and women and most are female） and could not answer clearly accounted for 1.2%, 12.5%, and 4.2% respectively. About 58.4% men students showed understanding to homosexuality. The second grade and above had a better understanding of attitudes toward gay than the first grade, OR value was ： 1.6, 1.8, 2.2, 2.0. About 2.4% men students had sexual behavior with same sex. Common family relationship of male students than family relationships were more likely to have sex, the OR value was 2.2. Conclusion The percent of men students who show understand attitude on homosexuality is low. Their attitudes to homosexuality and same-sex sexual behavior are affected by their grade, major, growth environments and sex concept and so on. Pluralism sexual health education is urgent need to be carried out.
