摘  要:目的 :体外评价空气喷磨、酸蚀和两者结合对预防性树脂充填微渗漏的影响。方法 :对照组 (I,n =12 )对人离体磨牙常规预防性树脂充填。其余组分别用 5 0 μ(Ⅱ,Ⅲ)和 2 7μ(Ⅳ ,Ⅴ)氧化铝喷磨 ,其中两组 (Ⅳ ,Ⅴ)酸蚀 30s。每组一半牙齿进行热循环处理 (5~ 5 5℃ ,2 5 0 0周 )后 ,用亚甲基蓝溶液着色。结果 :不论结合酸蚀与否 ,用 5 0 μ氧化铝喷磨 ,均与对照组不存在显著性差异 (p >0 0 5 )。但喷磨后酸蚀比单纯喷磨能显著地减少微渗漏 (p<0 0 5 )。 5 0 μ较 2 7μ氧化铝微粒显著地减少微渗漏(p <0 0 5 )。结论Aim:To evaluate the effects of air abrasion,acid etching,and the combination of both procedures on the microleakage of preventive resin restorations.[WT5”FZ]Methods:Sixty extracted human molar teeth were assigned to five groups with 12 teeth each.Occlusal fissures were opened with a diamond bur and etched with phosphoric acid(group I);air abraded with the KCP 1000,using 50μ aluminum oxide particles without etching(group Ⅱ),and with etching(group Ⅲ);or air abraded with 27μ aluminum oxide particles without etching(group Ⅳ),and with etching(group Ⅴ).Preparations were placed with a Low viscosity resin composite Liquicoat.Six teeth in each group were thermocycled(5~55℃,2500cycles).Dye penetration was evaluated in order scale.Results:No significant differences existed between the thermocycled specimens and non thermocycled specimens,except within group I.No significant differences existed between the control and the specimens air abraded with 50μ aluminum oxide particles with or without etching([WT5”BX]p>0.05),but the air abraded,un etched specimens leaked more than the air abraded,etched specimens(p<0.05).[WT5”FZ]Conclusion:The air abrasion should be combined wiht etching to reduce the microleakage in preventive resin restorations.
