摘　　要：在高等教育规模日趋扩大、生源不断萎缩的情况下,提高教学质量已经成为黑龙江省民办高校谋求发展重要出路之一。本文从教室、学生和教学环境方面对教学质量的影响因素进行分析,建立了黑龙江省民办高校教学质量的评价指标体系;运用层次分析法对进行实证研究,对黑龙江省民办高校的教学质量进行评价;在此基础上,提出了提高黑龙江省民办高校教学质量的对策和建议。With the expansion of higher education scale and the decrease of students, improving the teaching quality has become one of the most effective way for developing the private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. This paper analyzes the influence factors of teaching quality of private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province from three aspects： teacher, student and teaching environment, and builds up the evaluation index system. By using analytic hierarchy process, this paper does an empirical research of private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. On these foundations, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the teaching quality of private colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province.
