护理与影像技术一体化管理在提高放射科护理质量中的作用

摘　　要：为了更好地满足放射科护理发展和患者检查的需求,全面提升护理质量,采用护理与影像技术一体化管理的方法。设置一体化层级护士、技师岗位;建立由技师考评护士、护士考评技师的闭环式质量考评形式;建立一体化以岗位能力为基础的绩效考核及薪酬分配机制;实施一体化排班和一体化在职培训。效果:护理部对护理质量总考评分由95.5分提高至98.5分,对比剂渗漏率从0.2%降低至0.1%,准备完好率从96.5%提高至99.6%,重复扫描率从3.2%降低至1.8%,检查等待时间从(1.42±0.92)h缩短至(0.60±0.25)h,患者满意度从97.0%提高至99.5%,技师满意度从95.0%提高至99.0%,医生满意度及护士满意度从95.0%提高至98.0%。实施护士、技师一体化管理的方法,能更好地满足放射科护理发展和患者检查的需求,全面提升了护理质量。To adapt to the development of nursing in the radiology department and the needs of patients, improve the quality of nursing, implement the quality and safety as the core service concept, the integrated management model for technicians and nurses was adopted in the radiology department. Tile measures included setting integrated posts of nurses and technicians, establishing a closed-loop quality evaluation system in which the nurses and techni- cians evaluated by each other, formulating competency-based performance appraisal and salary distribution system and implementing the integrated scheduling and inservice training. As a result, the quality score increased from 95.5 to 98.5; the contrast medium leakage rate decreased from 0.2% to 0.1%; the qualified rate of preparation increased from 96.5% to 99.6%; the repetitive examination rate decreased from 3.2% to 1.8%; the waiting time was shortened from （1.42±0.92） hours to （0.60±0.25） hours; the patient satisfaction increased from 97.0% to 99.5%; the technicians＇ satisfaction increased from 95.0% to 99.0% ,the doctors and nurses＇ satisfaction increased from 95.0% to 98.0%. The integrated management model for nurses and technicians in the radiology department can better adapt to the development of nursing in the radiology department and satisfy the patients＇ needs as well improve the quality of nursing care.
