摘 要:针对某ZL50型装载机工作装置,详细介绍了运用ADAMS和EASY5实现机液联合仿真的方法。首先在Pro/E中建立其工作装置的三维实体模型,并将该模型导入ADAMS中建立其虚拟样机模型,同时在EASY5中建立液压系统的模型,并通过设计软件接口实现了两模型仿真数据的实时交换。仿真结果表明,该装载机工作装置设计合理,能够实现预期运动,负载和压力、流量等参数匹配合理。The working device of a ZL50 loader served as the study objective, a mechanical-hydraulic co- simulation method by ADAMS and EASYS was introduced. Firstly, a 3D model of the working device of the loader was created in Pro/E, and then which was imported into ADAMS, so as to obtain the virtual prototype of the working device. At the same time, the model of the hydraulic system of the working device was established in EASY5, and the realtime data exchange of the two models was achieved through interface of designed software. The simulation results showed that the working device of the loader was designed reasonably, desired motion was achieved, and parameters such as load, pressure and flow matched reasonably.
