摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞癌组织及正常食管黏膜组织中YinYang-1（YY1）的表达情况，并分析其与食管鳞癌临床病理及患者5年生存率的关系。方法215例食管鳞癌患者均来自河南省林州市。利用组织微阵列技术，采用免疫组化方法，检测215例食管鳞癌组织（观察组）和相应正常食管黏膜组织（对照组）中YY1的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌组织中YY1阳性表达率明显低于正常食管黏膜组织（53．4％VS92．1％，P〈0．05）；YY1阴性表达与淋巴结转移有关，而与年龄、性别、肿瘤细胞分化程度、TMN分期和大体分型无关；YY1阳性表达的食管鳞癌患者的5年生存率明显高于YY1阴性表达的食管鳞癌患者。结论YY1的阴性表达可能与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展相关，YY1可能在食管鳞癌的发生及发展过程中起到抑癌作用，检测YY1可能为食管癌预后判断提供依据。Objective To investigate the expression levels of Yin Yang-1 （YY1） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） tissue and normal esophageal mucosa, and its relationship with the l： clinicopathologic characteristics and the five-year survival rate ＇of the patients. Methods The 215 cases of ESCC all came from Linzhou. Using tissue array and immunohistochemistry, the expression levels of YY1 were detected in 215 ESCC tissues and their corresponding normal esophageal mucosal tissues. Re- sults ESCC tissues showed a significantly lower positive expression rate of YY1 than their corresponding normal esophageal mucosal tissues （39.5 % vs 92. 1%, P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The negative expression rate of YY1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, but not with age, gender, tumor differentiation and general classification. Survival analysis showed that abnormal expression of YY1 was correlated with 5-year sur- vival rate of patients with ESCC. The 5-year survival rate of ESCC patients with positive expression of YYI was obviously higher that of ESCC patients with negative expression of YY1. Conclusions The negative expression of YY1 may play an important role in the progression of ESCC, and detection of YY1 expression may have important prognostic values.
