摘　　要：梳理产业选择方法有利于地方政府科学选取海洋战略性新兴产业。在综述主导产业、海洋产业和战略性新兴产业选择的文献基础上,从定性和定量分析两大层面归纳产业选择研究分析技术并评述各类具体分析技术特点,以此为依据简评并展望海洋战略性新兴产业选择可能使用的分析技术。Sorting out industry selection method can help local government to develop marine strategic industries. On the basis of reviewing document about selecting leading industries, marine industries and strategic emerging industries, the ar- ticle concludes analysis technique of selecting industries from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis, then it comments on characteristics of the various specific analysis technique. Based on this review, it further comments briefly and forecasts on technique of research on selecting marine strategic industries.
