摘　　要：进行知识创新是项目型企业持续发展、保持核心竞争优势的关键。结合知识创新内涵、过程模式与项目型企业特点,分析项目型企业知识创新过程存在的问题,引入发明问题解决理论(TRIZ理论),探讨基于TRIZ理论的项目型企业知识创新机制,从构建项目型企业知识创新的完备知识链、解决知识链中的关键冲突和重构知识创新的动态循环过程三个方面进行阐述,为项目型企业进行知识创新及应用TRIZ理论解决创新问题提供思路和方法。Knowledge innovation is the core project - sustainable development, keeping the key competitive advantage. Combined with knowledge innovation connotation process mode and project type enterprise features, the paper analyzes problems existed in project - typed enterprise knowledge innovation process, introduces invention problem address theory （TRIZ theory）, based on TRIZ theory of project -typed enterprise knowledge innovation mechanism, from building project - typed enterprise knowledge innovation of complete knowledge chain. It addresses knowledge chain in the key conflict and heavy structure knowledge innovation of dynamic cycle process in order to provide ideas and methods for enterprises for the project of knowledge innovation and the application of TRIZ theory and innovation.
