摘　　要：首先界定虚拟人力资源管理的概念和类型,并简要概括虚拟人力资源管理相关研究,之后以陕西省135家企业为研究对象,以企业虚拟人力资源管理现状为调查内容设计调查问卷,并用SPSS软件对所收集的问卷进行数理统计分析;然后对陕西省企业人力资源管理虚拟的总体程度,及不同地域、性质、规模、行业类型的陕西省企业虚拟人力资源管理的技术虚拟及组织虚拟程度进行描述和分析;最后总结陕西省企业虚拟人力资源管理可能存在的问题并提出管理建议。The concept, type and content of virtual human resource management were defined in the study and the relevant researches of virtual human resource management were briefly summarized firstly. Then taking 135 enterprises in Shaanxi province as the research object and present situation of enterprise virtual human resource management as the survey content, the investigation questionnaire was designed, by collecting questionnaires and using SPSS to conduct mathematical statisti- cal analysis, it then mainly described and studied the overall extent of Shaanxi enterprise virtual human resources manage- ment and different geographical nature, size and industry type. It at last made a summary of Shaanxi enterprise virtual hu- man resource management technology virtual and organizations virtual degree. Potential problems and management recom- mendations are put forward correspondingly.
