摘　　要：文章简要梳理了档案学科、档案学者和档案学术在档案事业发展中各自所起的作用,试图阐述三者之间的内在联系,意在强调档案学者在学术研究中拓展三者之间的相互关系、挖掘三者潜在的功能、放大三者相互促进的作用,以彰显档案学术研究对档案事业发展的引领作用。This article briefly combed the roles of archive discipline, archive scholar and archive aca- demic in archive career respectively, and then tries to explain the intrinsic link between the three factors. The role of archive scholar in academic research is emphasized, that is, to expand the relationship between the three, to excavate potential functions of the three, to enlarge mutually reinforcing effects of the three; thus to highlight the leading role of archive academic research in archive career development.
