摘　　要：江苏省创业服务体系建设是促进中小企业发展的平台,在新的阶段需要实施新的措施。服务体系建设的重点策略包括创建创业服务促进系统、建立创业培训服务体系、建立创业咨询机构服务体系等。江苏省创业服务体系建设需要政府和社会的支持,充分发挥政府的引导功能和市场的调节功能。Pioneering service system construction createsa new development platform to promote the development of SMEs in Jiangsu Province, and requires the implementation of new measures in the new development phrase. The key strategies of service system construction include creating business service promoting system, establishing entre- preneurial training services and establishing business consulting organizations. The building of Business service sys- tem in Jiangsu Province needs the support of government and society, and gives full play to the government＇s guid- ance capabilities and market adjustment regulation.
