β-环糊精包合白术挥发油的工艺研究

摘　　要：采用Ｌ９（３＾４）正交试验法，研究了β－环糊精（简称β－ＣＤ）包合白术挥发油的工艺。通过对包合物得率及包合物含油率两个指标的考察，优选出包合工艺为Ａ２Ｂ３Ｃ１，即β－环糊精：挥发油为８∶１，蒸馏水∶β－ＣＤ为４∶１，包合时间为２小时。The volatile oil of Baizhu was included with β-CD. The factors affecting the formation of the inclusion compounds were researched by L9(34) orthogonal test. The ratio of the oil in inclusion compounds and recovery of inclusion compounds were used as criteria in the test. The best conditions for inclusion were .A2B3C(?) ,that is,the compounds should be formed in the aqueous solution containing β-CD and oil with a raio of 8:1 ,aqua destillate and β-CD with a ratio of 4:1 for two hours.
