摘　　要：造成大学生"就业难"的首要因素并不是大学生数量的急剧增加,而是大学生的职业理想存在偏差。中国梦所体现的价值观念与精神力量,对于大学生就业梦与职业理想的实现具有重要作用,二者存在高度的契合性。以中国梦引领大学生职业理想,是促进二者互动共赢的有效途径,是帮助大学生树立正确职业理想,顺利实现人生价值的重要保障。The primary factor causing the college students ＂difficult employment＂ is not the number of college students increasing rapidly, but their occupation ideal exists deviation. The value concept and spirit embodied in China dream has important role on the realization of employment dream and occupation ideal, they are two tallies. Leading students＂ occupation ideal with Chinese dream, is the effective way to promote the two interaction and win-win, is an important guarantee to help college students to establish correct occupation ideal and realize the value of life smoothly.
